DeLand, FL - The Volusia Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding 11-year-old Isabelle Jones and her brother, 5-year-old Xzavier Espinosa. They’ve been missing since Friday, November 29.

The children were last seen with their mother, Margarita Guiterrez, during an unsupervised visit at the Lowe’s store in DeLand. The children live with their grandmother, who has custody of them due to their mother’s living situation.

Guiterrez picked the children up at 12:30 p.m. They were reported missing when she did not return them by 5:30 p.m. There is no description of the vehicle Guiterrez is driving. An attempt to contact Guiterrez at her home in Marion County was unsuccessful.

The children are registered with state and national databases as missing. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or the Volusia Sheriff’s Office at 386-239-8276. To remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida at 1-888-277-8477 (TIPS)
