Palm Coast, FL - Flagler County's Native American festival returns once again for its sixth year in a row.
The Princess Place Pow Wow is back at the Princess Place Reserve in Palm Coast, featuring dancing, weapons, demonstrations, wildlife exhibits, encampments and displays.
The festival runs between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. starting tomorrow (February 22nd) and runs until Sunday (February 23rd).
According to Parks Manager Frank Barbuit, each day will begin in the Dance Arena with a blessing of the arena. At 1 p.m. there will be a ceremony for veterans. There will also be several traditional dances – including the children's Candy Dance – and renowned hoope dancer Cody Boettner present.
And, of couse, dancing won't be the only action.
There will also be demonstrations, storytelling and historical presentations among the exhibits. Visitors can then round out their experience by visiting the wild horse rescue area, participate in face painting, pony rides and shopping at different trading booths at the festival.
