St. Augustine, FL - A neighbor of the Deltona man accused of killing his wife and her two children testified in front of the St. Augustine court on Monday during the fourth day of trial testimony. 35-year-old Luis Toledo, of Deltona, was accused in 2013 of killing 28-year-old Yessenia Suarez and her children, Thalia Otto, 9, and Michael Otto, 8, who went missing from their Deltona home in October of 2013. Their bodies have never been found. Toledo confessed to killing his wife, but he claims that his neighbor, Tyshawn Jackson, killed the children. Jackson denies killing the children. Jackson said on Monday that Toledo had asked him to drop off Suarez's car at a Publix in Seminole County and that Toledo later told him he "snapped." Jackson testified that Toledo wiped down Suarez's car, and he said he helped Toledo drop off cleaning products and trunk lining from the car at an apartment complex dumpster.
