Man Found Dead After Truck Lands In Port Orange Retention Pond

Port Orange, FL-Police in Port Orange say a 79-year-old man was found dead in a pickup truck after it ran into a retention pond at Spruce Creek Road and Nova Road today. The call came in at around 1:21 PM and the truck was found in the pond south of the intersection. A 2002 Ford Ranger was completely submerged and was pulled from the pond.
