Port Orange, FL - A Port Orange woman, who has been a baker and elaborate cake maker for more than 10 years, is showing off her skills tonight (October 18) on the Food Network in the four-episode Halloween-themed series "Chocolate Meltdown: Hershey's After Dark." Alejandra Galan had her own bakery in her home country of Columbia and did some shows there before moving to Volusia County two years ago. She said the Food Network show was a different experience for her. "This is actually my first show in English and at the Food Network so I'm hoping I can actually open my own bakery."

The championship finale airs tonight at 10 p.m. but you can find it and the first three episodes at foodnetwork.com. Tonight's winner gets $10,000 and a dream vacation in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
