Flagler Beach, FL - For the second time in five days and the third time in six months, 36-year-old Jamie Bullock is charged with multiple drug offenses and sitting in the Flagler County Jail.
Flagler County Sheriff's detectives got an arrest warrant for Bullock yesterday (May 29). They saw her leaving her home on Lantana Avenue at about 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Bullock actively resisted when detectives confronted her with the arrest warrant but she was eventually taken into custody.
“Even while being arrested, she had drug paraphernalia in her hands and threw it under her car to try to hide it from deputies,” Sheriff Rick Staly said. “Hopefully this time she will be held in jail by the judge as every time she is released she just goes back to peddling her poison. She is making a mockery of the criminal justice system.”
Bullock was arrested just last Friday and the first time was in December 2018.
Bullock is additionally charged with Resisting Arrest without Violence, Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bullock was transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility where she is being held on a $55,000.00 bond.
