Ormond Beach, FL - A 57-year-old Palm Coast man is dead after his vehicle overturned multiple times this morning on I-95.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, the man was traveling northbound on I-95, when around 5:35 this morning (September 25th) his right rear wheel became detached, causing the driver to lose control about a mile south of Old Dixie Highway.
The car overturned multiple times before the driver was ejected from the vehicle. FHP says the man was not wearing a seatbelt.
The identity of the driver has not been released, pending next-of-kin notification. The investigation remains active and open.
