Daytona Beach, FL - Daytona Beach Police are looking for two suspects in relation to several thefts from Tanger Outlet stores. They say the pair could be part of an organized theft ring in the Central Florida area.

Incident reports show that the two female suspects were reported after employees at the Palmetto Moon store noticed unusual gaps in the merchandise on June 7. A review of video surveillance shows the women stealing a large amount of merchandise in only six minutes time. The merchandise tally showed at least 34 Vineyard Vines shirts, valued at $1428, were taken, along with a number of other brands and clothing that may be valued at an additional $2,000. A store employee said that the two suspects appear to be the same people that have committed other thefts at Tanger Outlet.

Further investigation found that the two suspects had committed grand theft at another store, Vinyard Vines, just a few stores away and a few minutes before the theft at Palmetto Moon.

DBPD says the pair hit the Palmetto Moon store again on July 5. The same store employee from the previous theft recognized the suspects in the back corner of the store. She told police that one of them concealed a handful of t-shirts into a black plastic Under Armor bag. The employee asked the suspects if they needed help to which they responded no and abruptly left the store. The stored employee signed a sworn statement that five tee-shirts, valued at $359.80, were stolen by the suspects.
