DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - The Daytona Beach's Children's Business Fair is scheduled to be held on March 23rd in (where else?) Daytona Beach. The event seeks to spotlight young entrepreneurs.
According to a release from the organizers, the event will take place at the Riverfront Esplanade from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 23rd. The event will be free to attend and is open to the public. Participants will be children who created a product or service, a brand to go along with it, and a marketing strategy. They'll get to open for business for one day at the event.
"This annual event promises to be fun for young and mature folks alike," said local entrepreneur Hyatt Brown, a benefactor of the Riverfront Esplanade. "The entrepreneurial ideas of young people (ages 6-14) are astounding and refreshing."
103.3 WVYB, a sister station of WNDB, are serving as a partner for the event and planning to be in attendance to help get the word out. "It's important that we let kids in our community know that we support them!" added 103.3's Alyssa of The Morning Vibe with Tremble & Alyssa. "We hope our involvement will inspire a new wave of future entrepreneurs!"
