City Of Deltona Allocates $500K For Mortgage, Rental, & Utility Assistance

Deltona, FL - Assistance is now available for Deltona residents who have suffered a loss of income because of COVID-19. The Deltona City Commission allocated $500,000 in funding for mortgage, rental, and utility assistance to help residents stay in their homes. 

Applications are already available and residents can complete the pre-screening questionnaire to see if they qualify. 

Who is eligible?

  • Homes must be located within the Deltona City limits.
  • Income requirements must be below 120 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI) level.
  • Documented proof of loss of income due to COVID-19.

There are also two organizations offering rental and utility assistance on the west side of Volusia County.
