Palm Coast, FL - The Flagler County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting that took place at a vehicle audio business in Palm Coast.

Deputies received a call about a shooting that took place at a Hargrove Lane business around 3:30 Saturday afternoon (August 22nd). According to the caller, several rounds were fired.

When deputies arrived, they found the shooter, 32-year-old Alan Presley Jr., who was reportedly cooperative with law enforcement throughout the investigation.

FCSO's initial investigation found that Presley and another male, later identified as 25-year-old Joshua Lemaster, had an argument prior to the shooting.

Investigators say Lemaster was shot multiple times, but he is expected to survive. He was airlifted to Halifax Health Medical Center following the shooting.

There are also conflicting reports as to whether or not Lemaster had brandished a firearm during the argument.

A pair of search warrants were also served by detectives on the business. During the search, detectives found four spent shell casings, THC concentrate, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

The firearm used in the shooting was additionally located in Presley's vehicle. A second firearm was also recovered from the business. Investigators state that the second weapon was determined to be stolen from Volusia County.

“There were numerous witnesses to this shooting,” Sheriff Rick Staly said. “At this point, detectives are still piecing together the sequence of events but preliminary information indicates this may be a ‘stand your ground’ case with a convicted felon that illegally had a stolen firearm."

So far, no arrests have been made. We'll provide updates once they are made available by the Sheriff's Office.
