New Smyrna Beach, FL- Emily Jane Murray will discuss the misuse and abuse of Florida's past from an archaeology perspective at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 25, at the New Smyrna Beach Regional Library, 1001 S. Dixie Freeway.

Murray is the public archaeology coordinator for the Northeast Region of the Florida Public Archaeology Network. She will shed light on the fountain of youth, skunk ape, alien visitors, the Vero Man site and Spanish missions.
