New Smyrna Beach, FL-Robert Bledsoe will discuss the legacy and future of former President Barack Obama's foreign policy under President Donald Trump's administration at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, at the New Smyrna Beach Regional Library, 1001 S. Dixie Freeway.
Dr. Bledsoe is a professor emeritus and lecturer with the University of Central Florida. His teaching areas include public international law, international environmental law, space law, world political geography and global perspectives.
