Ocean Center Hosts Light Up Volusia

Daytona Beach, FL- The Ocean Center will host the sixth annual Light up Volusia from 5 to
9 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, on the east plaza of the convention center.
The public is invited to kick off the holiday season with this free
fun-filled holiday event.

Highlights of the event include the lighting of a 50-foot holiday tree
at 7:15 p.m., the arrival of Mr. and Mrs. Claus, holiday refreshments,
children’s activities, entertainment, holiday showcases and a
gingerbread house competition.

Entertainment at the event includes the Beu Sisters, Crescendo Amelia,
stilt walkers, magicians, face painters and more.

The Community Showcase includes Ace Gymnastics, Volusia County Beach
Safety Ocean Rescue, Bubba Gump/Mai Tai, Daytona Lagoon, Daytona
Tortugas, Devereux, Eyes on Me Photography, Hilton Daytona Beach –
Oceanfront Resort, Marine Science Center, Maux Nix, Paragon Theaters /
MyPi Pizza, Peabody Auditorium, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Sam’s Club, Art
Rageous and SkyZone.
