Upcoming Chamber Event To Discuss 2017 Business-Related Legislative Issues

group of people Daytona Beach, FL- The February 9th Eggs & Issues program will present a preview of business-related issues of the upcoming 2017 legislative session including state budget, funding for economic development programs, transportation, education, and tort reform, as well as other issues with guest speaker Mark Wilson, President/CEO Florida Chamber of Commerce. Chamber Legislative Action Committee Chair Bob Williams had this to say: “The Daytona Regional Chamber has always worked closely with our legislative delegation in Tallahassee and is expecting a pivotal session this year. With new leadership in the Senate and House, it will be interesting to see how they address many of the state issues with a predicted tight budget”. This event takes place from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM at the LPGA International Clubhouse at 1000 Champions Drive in Daytona Beach.
