DeBary Library Hosts Beach Safety Presentation

DeBary, FL- Volusia County Lifeguard Danielle Lacy will offer beach safety tips

from 3 to 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23, at the DeBary Public Library, 200 N.

Charles R. Beall Blvd., DeBary.

“Whether your day at the beach is to relax and read a book, cast a

line into the surf, build sand castles with the children, or cruise

along the shoreline with the top down, Volusia County’s beaches can

accommodate your experience,” Lacy said.

The library is open from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday and Wednesday9:30

to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday, and 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and

Saturday. It is closed Sundays.
