DeLand, FL- Get festive with a St. Patrick’s Day celebration in Earl Brown Park, DeLand. Join the fun on Friday, March 17 for the 3rd Annual Shamrocks & Shenanigans. Now in its 3rd year, this event is an annual signature event in the park. Shamrocks & Shenanigans will host LIVE music, a corned beef cook-off and refreshment vendors. The festivities will kick-off at 5 p.m. and the entire community is invited to attend this FREE event presented by City of DeLand Parks & Recreation.
A live dueling piano performance by the Dallas Reese Duo will entertain the crowd, attendees will be encouraged to clap, sing, and dance along to the piano party. For those who love a good cook-off battle, $3 tasting bracelets will be available for purchase (Cash Only). The bracelet will allow you to sample the corned beef cook-off creations and the opportunity to vote for your favorite as they compete for the “Pot O’ Gold”.
Note: For comfort, attendees are encouraged to bring blankets or folding chairs for lawn seating.
